The annual general meeting  (AGM) of the Hamilton Literacy Council will take place on June 21, 2023, at 6 pm.

The meeting will take place virtually, and all registrants will receive a link to a Zoom meeting and can join the meeting via video or on the telephone.

There are two ways to register for the event if you are interested in attending:

To make paying the annual membership fee easier, members are asked to pay the $15 fee through Eventbrite. Even though you are technically buying a ticket to this event, the AGM itself is free to attend, but only members who have paid the membership fee will be permitted to vote.

Note: If you are a member and are unable to attend the 2023 AGM, you may appoint a proxy. Contact the office, and a form will be emailed to you.
